A much warmer day today so I guess Mike will have to get used to it, as I am sure it will just keep getting hotter & hotter from now on. On his travels today, he came across 3 very sunburnt Swedish guys who are as crazy as him. They were riding their bikes from Perth to Sydney. They stopped & chatted for a while, compared stories then went their seperate ways. I guess there is a bit of comradeship between all these riders.
Mike continued to peddle on to his next destination (120 kms) which was a place called Kaniva. He rode to the address of his pre arranged accomodation to find it was a patch of grass! Obviously there was a communication breakdown there somewhere. Never mind, Mike is a fairly resourceful guy and rode around till he found a motel. No one was there, but there was a sign on the door that if you want a room, help yourself to a key. So he did.
